Was heading off for an appointment with a doctor and came across this ruin. For a moment, was spell bound, quite majestic and could not but capture the moment. Could only think of the grand house this might have been once, though it looked a poor reflection in terms of size surrounded by modern buildings.

For sure the house was all gone, down to it last ruins, but surely for many a family, this would never be forgotten. What also struck was that the ruin was bang in the middle of new buildings, sheltered by trees, surely, this too over time would disappear.
